Change Logs

Change logs track all merchandising rule changes, providing accountability and an audit trail.

Viewing Change Logs​

Change logs are available in the Marqo dashboard under Merchandising → Triggers. Each rule change shows:

  • Account: Which account added or modified the rule
  • Timestamp: When the change was made
  • Change type: Whether the rule was created, modified, deleted, activated, or deactivated
  • Details: What specifically changed (e.g., boost level, pin position, conditions)

Downloading Full Change Logs​

Full change log downloads are available as part of Marqo Enterprise. Contact your Marqo account manager to enable this feature.

With Marqo Enterprise, you can download complete change log history as CSV or JSON for compliance, auditing, and reporting purposes.
